GROVE HILLS was founded in Dubai in 2023 on a simple belief: the strongest investments are the ones you help build.

Our role

Hands-on

We invest in and manage industrial enterprises, and our role goes beyond providing capital. We stay hands-on, shaping strategy, building teams and running operations until each business can stand on its own.

A grove is never bought fully grown. It is planted, tended and given time to take root. That idea is behind our name and how we work.

BTI

BTI (BuildTech Innovations), founded by GROVE HILLS, brings 3D concrete printing to architecture and construction. It printed the first G+1 villa in the UAE and has delivered projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and China. It is also the exclusive MENA partner of Guanli Technology, making construction faster, leaner and more efficient.

Tresori

Tresori, founded by GROVE HILLS, is a luxury interiors concept store in Dubai. It brings leading Italian design houses together with bespoke kitchens, tailored furniture, lighting and full interior design. Through its Design Club, it has also become a meeting point for the region’s creative community.

Green Trend

Green Trend Landscape, where GROVE HILLS is an operational partner, is among Dubai’s leading nurseries for exotic and rare trees. It sources from growers across Europe, South America, Africa and Asia to supply villas, resorts and landmark developments across the GCC. Its catalogue runs from ancient olives and sculptural baobabs to the rarest cactus species.
